During the operation, the buildings were dilapidated, some became unusable. Overhaul was not carried out for more than 30 years. In the city, the windows were replaced in the operating maternity department, painted and plaster in the central entrance of the district clinic, made a cosmetic repair of the maternity ward, repair of the infectious department, the chambers of the surgical department, and replaced the central introduction of cold water to the territory of the clinic. In the Kalinovskaya district hospital, the heating system of the basement was replaced.

The tuberculosis, narcological, Pisychiatric and dermatovenerological rooms of the clinic were repaired. And this list can be continued. In total, thousands of rubles were spent on the repair of the Central District Hospital, for the first time in many years, a lot of money from paid services of the Central District Hospital was spent on repairs. Also in the year, an ambulance was transferred from a noise in a district clinic to a new, spacious, repaired building that corresponds to all SanPins.

Thanks to the interaction with the Ministry of Health of the Territory, a local network was installed in the Central District Hospital, 62 computers were received. Soon the network will work, which will allow you to introduce electronic medical history and outpatient cards, accelerate the interaction of the clinic, hospital and outpatient clinics, as well as regional institutions in the treatment and consultations of patients.

One of the components in the treatment of patients, of course, is the creation of comfortable living conditions and the presence of an appropriate material and technical base. Gradually, but true, it improves. 4 units of laboratory equipment were purchased, three in the physiotherapy department, two more - in the functional diagnostic office, and the gynecology was well equipped.

In order to introduce high technologies, the necessary equipment for laparoscopic surgical interventions was acquired and put into operation in the provision of medical care in the year. This made it possible to significantly reduce treatment and significantly increase surgical activity. Until a year, only one specialist worked in the hospital in this direction, in winter two more were trained, a surgeon and a gynecologist.

So they will receive a separate operating room, in June it is planned to launch the second laparoscopic installation, which will expand the volume of laparoscopic operations, which means it will reduce the patient's stay in the hospital, the need to send patients to regional institutions for such operations. Personnel again solve everything, but no matter how modern equipment is in the hospital, good specialists are the most important thing in work.

According to the head physician, another urgent problem in the development development of the district is a shortage of medical personnel. Thanks to the Zemsky Doctor program in the city of all doctors, they are studying in the specialty throughout the country. However, the problem with medical personnel in the Central District Hospital is still acute. The hope is that with an increase in salaries with the prospect of housing in the coming years, vacant medical rates will be equipped in rural outpatient clinics.

Active work is carried out together with the SSMU on the employment of graduates of the university. As for the organization of the work of the Central District Hospital, earlier the work of the registry caused a lot of complaints from residents.Now four registrars are working there, patients spend less time in line, a preliminary record is maintained to all specialists by phone or when contacting the registry.

The work of the laboratory has also improved, a young, competent specialist leads it. The most modern equipment was acquired in the laboratory: biochemical and hematological analyzers, which made it possible to improve the quality of laboratory tests and reduce the time of tests. In order to determine the state of health from a year in the Aleksandrovsky district, a medical examination of certain groups of the population is being held.

In the area there is a complex epidemiological atmosphere of tuberculosis, due to high incidence, the population should be examined annually. Doctors are requested to undergo a fluorographic examination annually, since the detection of the disease in the early stages allows you to completely cure this insidious disease. In general, a lot of doctors had been done in terms of the development of healthcare of the district for a year, but even more has to be done.

In terms of improving the ambulance, reducing the waiting time for the feldsher arrival to the patient, the rational use of medical vehicles here intend to carry out the reorganization of the ambulance, to share an ambulance and urgent assistance. The ambulance department will, accordingly, will provide it, and the provision of emergency assistance to chronic patients will be assigned to the outpatient service, both the district center and the outpatient clinic and the district hospital.

The Aleksandrovskaya district worker was the first medical institution in the region, where health workers erected a monument to medical workers to veterans of the Great Patriotic War. Their example was already adopted by others.
