It is noteworthy that this year the VIII Congress is dedicated to the education of the World Congress of the Tatars, which was created by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan in June, the first congress of the World Congress of the Tatars was convened, which was later gathered every five years.

National dishes, clothes and shoes, hats, female jewelry - all pleased the eye. The historical scenes presented at the festival reminded us of the life of our ancestors - what they dreamed about, what problems they solved, how they dressed, what traditions and customs observed. Departure to the Holy City of Bulgar, on the occasion of the flight of Islam, Volga Bulgaria, became a memorable excursion.

Bulgar, rich in historical heritage, met us very hospitably.
