Singer Elena Yerevan Biography

I am a musician. She graduated from the music school in Russia, in Armenia - the Music College named after Romanos Melikyan. Since childhood, I really like to sing. As a child, I imagined that I would become a singer. Bella took him as a sign of love for Yerevan, because she began to write away from her homeland and really missed her. You live in Yerevan, but also became Elena Yerevan.

There were no comments and views from Armenia, and the father suggested adding Yerevan to the name, but this still did not help until I sang the song in Armenian. The name remains - Elena Yerevan. Who is especially close to you from the bards of Yerevan? In Armenian and Russian languages, I prefer bard, patriotic songs and romances more. I just really like this style.

I think they sound very beautiful under the guitar. Have you been familiar with Zorikyan before? Eduard Zorikyan saw my video on YouTube. As he told, they sent him my video and said: look how the Spaniard sings the Armenian song well. He really liked it, and he found out through his friends we had common acquaintances that I was not a Spanish at all. He contacted me and invited me to his concert, where he introduced me to the public.

Where did your years go? Then we moved to Russia. At the end of the school, they returned to their homeland. What were emotions, what surprised? I was happy, but I don’t forget Russia either, I love, since this is essentially my second homeland. I remember with what admiration I looked into the eyes of people. The Armenians have unusually beautiful eyes, it is not for nothing that our composers in their songs admire their beauty.

After all, it is generally accepted that the Armenians, on the contrary, are leaving, that it is impossible to live in Armenia. Why did parents decide to return? Here we have a house, relatives ... everywhere is not easy now, but we always hope for the best. I think it will be so. Everyone has their own opinion. What do you consider to be a strong side of Armenia?

What is weak? They have something to learn. What is the phenomenon of the Armenian family, what is its strength? This continues to this day. The weak side is the faith of the people, because people are tired of lies. There is no unity. The qualities that helped the Armenians survive genocide are a great desire to live a love of life, patriotism and hard work.

I think it is precisely difficulties that help to identify in a person such a quality as talent. Geniuses are always born and live in difficult conditions. This makes a person think how to improve his life. Such people see the beautiful and rejoice at what a person who lives in good conditions will never notice. From childhood, I remember how my grandmother told me the tales of Ovanes Tumanyan, one of the greatest poets and writers of Armenia, whose works were translated by many Russian writers, including Bryusov, Marshak, Akhmadulin.

I also really love the verses of Amo Sayan. They personify Armenian architecture. They have a soul. Surely, we all heard the legend of the tragic love of a fearless young man for a girl named Tamar. I would like to see the church that have survived to our times, but I still prefer to live in Yerevan, where I was born-today Putork and Armenia, and spyurk within myself, are separated not only by distances, but also by the language.

Can music unite us? What would you choose? A woman is the keeper of the hearth, she raises children, does all the homework. A man protects his homeland and contains a family. Also, the power of Armenian families consists in respect for the elders, each other and preserving traditions. I think patriotic songs unite all Armenians. Wherever I am with concerts, I should perform a patriotic song, all the Armenians get to their feet, sing along, dance.

Even against the enemy in the war, our soldiers always gave strength to these songs.
