But despite the high position and difficult work, he spends all his free time from work on the restoration of the Tikhvin Mother of God Assumption Monastery in Nizhny Novgorod, where he traveled as possible.

For the past two years, due to sick legs, he could no longer perform worship, but hesitated obedience to serve as feasible works for the glory of God.
About a year ago, Father Andrei suffered a stroke. And now, after a short serious illness, Father Andrei peacefully went to the Lord. A month before his earthly death, he found cancer of internal organs. Eternal and bright memory!
