According to the program for the training of highly qualified personnel in the Academy Adjuncture, we began to conduct training from a year in absentia in budget places. We have opened representative offices in the Federal District of Mineralnye Vody and the Volga Federal District G. Talking about the Secondary General Education segment, which is represented by our cadet fire and rescue corps, it should be noted that this year we gained not one training group in grade 10, and the competition for admission to us has grown quite significantly.

In general, in the anniversary year, our educational institution entered the literally "in a new look." Your cadets and students are great guys in the presence of which a team spirit is always felt. They strive for moral development, voluntarily participate in creative amateur performances. How do you support this interest? How do you combine the severity of education with the spirit of student life?

We do not force anyone to make "from under the stick." But every cadet or student knows that if he does something good, he will be noticed and appreciated. For any person, the assessment of his work is very important, and for a young guy or a girl who is just starting to walk through life, this is important in twice. This applies to everything: studies, creativity, and sports, and public work.

But their encouragement depends on the number of “pluses”: from a simple extraordinary dismissal, to additional leave or discounts for paying for training. But, at the same time, everyone knows that if he does not fulfill the requirements and traditions that are at the Academy, he will be held accountable. We have "three cannot be at the Academy. It is impossible not only to drink alcohol, but drugs by definition, but also to carry them to the Academy.

You can not engage in assault. And you can’t take other people's things, that is, for these “three cannot, there is only one punishment for anyone, regardless of his ranks and titles, is a shameful exile from the Academy’s team. Maybe this is stern, but I think it is true. And if we talk about the team spirit ... One of the peculiarities of the educational process at the Academy is the practical participation of our cadets in the elimination of the consequences of various emergency situations.

But they are not alone traveling to the emergency areas. Next to them there are always senior comrades - teachers and commanders. And they are all together with their shoulder to the shoulder, perform the assigned combat mission. This is the team spirit! When a colonel stands on the Tomalkinsky dam, or in a burning forest, or in the flooded Crimesk, in one system next to the cadet.

What traditions exist at the Academy? And it begins, as in all educational institutions, from September 1. It is on the Day of Knowledge that the ritual of bringing the first year cadets of first -year cadets are taking place at the Academy. On the same day, the words of the solemn oath are also pronounced by students of the first year of study and cadets of the 10th grade.

Thus, we accept our younger comrades in our team and let them know that they became members of the same family. At the same time, they, having pronounced the words of the oath, understand that they are to go to bed and be a great responsibility to be one of us. This is probably one of the most significant moments in the life of any person who put on epaulets and began to serve the Motherland.

We pay great importance to working with our veterans. Cadets and students visit veterans, help them in solving various issues, invite them to themselves to various events. After all, we all once finish the service and become veterans. The academic year ends with the release of specialists of the Academy. And to me, as the head of the university, it is pleasant to look at how young guys who have come to the Academy become real officers.

Traditionally, graduates of past years come to the Academy on this day. This year, for example, graduates of the year the first issue came,, years. There are many generals among them, but all of them are happy to become the overall system and go through the solemn march with young officers.Concerts of creative groups that take place in our concert hall on the eve of the New Year, the Day of Defenders of the Fatherland, March 8 are traditional.

Well, of course, a large Galla concert of all groups, probably dedicated to the main holiday in our country, is Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War. He passes on the parade ground and collects more than one thousand spectators. How are things with the employment of graduates? According to the legislation, they are required to work for 5 years in units. But many students who have completed a paid basis are in demand in the labor market.

The heads of various organizations turn to us, and we send the best of the graduates for an interview to them about further work. Now our graduates work both in the departments of the Ivanovo administration and in various commercial organizations. A modern specialist is not conceived without quality software products that make his activities more effective. This, first of all, is due to the fact that you very quickly monitor and update all changes in our legislation in your database. The knowledge of modern legislation is very important for the preparation of a specialist who, after graduation, should immediately begin to fulfill duties, and not undergo additional retraining or internship. For example, when testing students of the Academy participating in the Miss Academy contest, your specialists take part in the Miss Intelligence nomination, who again use the guarantor system during testing. I am sure that we have a lot of different projects ahead with the Garant company, which, of course, will be implemented at the highest level. What are the prospects for the development of the Academy?

What plans are there now? On the way to achieving this task, we will continue to improve the relationship of the content of the training of listeners, cadets and students with the experience of the training and activity of units of the federal fire service, search and rescue units, the supervisory authorities of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in the field of fire safety.

We will need to further improve the system of additional and distance learning of listeners in the Academy in the Academy according to additional professional education programs. And we hope that when implementing all our tasks, we will be able to count on the support of such a company as a “guarantor”.
