Pavel Burtsev biography

We recall the labor biography and achievements of the former boss SMAV Pavel Semenovich Burtsev. But health did not allow Pavel Semenovich to go on such distant business trips. Burtsev died on October 22. He was buried in the Kuntsevsky cemetery in Moscow.
