Yuri Chistyakov Biography

Yuri Georgievich Chistyakov - artist, architect. Born in G. graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute. The artist’s expressive means are based on the easel and illustrative graphics, monumental architectural and sculptural design. In his work, he relied on traditions and avant -garde. I used watercolor, tempor, mascara, pastel, butter and their combinations.

Yuri Chistyakov created a number of large picturesque and graphic cycles for historical and religious and mythological plots, including: “Peter”, “Battle of Kulikovo”, “Word about Igor’s Regiment”, “Steppe Wind”, “Cosmos”, “Adam and Eve”. He turned to the motives of the Russian and Buryat heroic and epic traditions. The event line of his life is captured in numerous landscapes, sketches, portraits, sharp posters, popular pictures and fantasies.

As a universal artist Yuri Chistyakov was a recognized developer of systemic monumental projects.
