The cement plant is the first and only place of work by Vladimir Alexandrovich Sagaiko, its experience is more than half a century. The issue of purification of gases entering the atmosphere from equipment, then stood quite sharply.

Their proposal to make strings of coroning electrodes from simple barbed wire was marked by the VDNH reward, and we introduced it on the electrostatic filters of rotating furnaces of the first production.

” Soon after the transfer to the “aspiration” of Vladimir Alexandrovich, he was appointed a master, then a mechanic, and in the year - the head of the unit. The employees of the workshop restored filters, supported them in a technically working state. Specialists managed to do a lot, in particular, to restore the sleeve filters of the Workshop "Cholis-1". This made it possible to reduce the level of emissions to the sanitary norm of those years.

At the same time, the workshop reached the release of 1 million. In X at all power units of the Zhzhig-2 workshop, the Kemes prefixes were installed, as a result, the equipment was completely transferred to automatic mode. Nikolai Petrovich made a huge contribution to this work. In the “engagement” workshop on electrostatic filters, coroning systems were replaced, which also increased the effectiveness of cleaning.

Then many shared the opinion that such filters would not work at the factory, and the specialists of Sibniye project -chamber did not recommend them. However, we mounted an experimental filter on the N5 cement mill, conducted tests, after which we started installing sleeve filters on other cement mills. Bogdanov Bogdanov, the team leader Vladimir Mikhailovich, performed a great job, later the baton was accepted by the mechanic of the workshop Bakharev Oleg Petrovich.

Gradually, the attitude to the sleeve filters changed, and during the construction of the cement mill N 6, this equipment was immediately chosen. ” In M, the plant refused to use coal, moved to gas. But contrary to expectations, it was not possible to increase the effectiveness of the units. They were able to identify them only with the transition to gas, ”explains Vladimir Alexandrovich.

After analyzing the state of equipment, experts began to eliminate problems. They transferred smokers to rolling bearings, organized dust chambers, replaced unreliable cell feeders with flashing lights, improved the internal structure of the screws on pumping, and picked up the optimal number of revolutions, these and other events helped to ensure the stable operation of all workshops.

One of the most significant events in the history of the Aspiration workshop was the construction of electrostatic filters for the rotating oven N9. The filters were commissioned on March 13, and on June 1, Vladimir Alexandrovich Sagaiko took the position of head of the Zhzhig workshop. We were supported, and these supports are still working, ”says Vladimir Alexandrovich Sagaiko.

The complex of events was also implemented on the refrigerators of rotating furnaces and in the clinker gallery. In the difficult years, restructuring in the workshop mastered the production of dry mixtures. The project was recognized as successful, even considered the possibility of building a separate plant. In addition to technical measures, serious organizational work was carried out: the transition from 8 hourly to an hour-long schedule was carried out, the forms of remuneration and material stimulation measures were changed.

Vladimir Alexandrovich also recalls: “For many years, the clinker was not enough, this became a regularity, in the interchangeable reports of the“ Choli ”workshop, even a line“ accumulation of the clinker ”appeared. But finally, the warehouse began to be filled. This even frightened the workers, and once at a morning selector meeting, the chief engineer literally demanded that the main energy stop the stove.

It was a holiday for us! In m, he took the post of technical director. In the year, with the advent of the technical director of Manuilov Vladimir Evgenievich, chain curtains were replaced in the Zhzhig workshop, the diameters of the stoves and the construction of the heads were changed, a static lattice on the rotating furnace of the M9 and two Czech reducers on rotating furnaces N7 and N8 was installed.An armored finishing of the Spanish company Estanda appeared on the cement mills of the “grinding”, which increased the reliability and stability of the equipment.

Also in the workshop, two new graphic taps were installed, a smooth launch system of mills and Schenck weighing dispensers were launched. In the “Loading” workshop in M, the Mollers packaging machine was mounted, and in gg. In the “raw material”, blower compressors began to use the sludge for mixing sludge, this helped to reduce the consumption of compressed air and increase the level of energy efficiency of the equipment.

The construction was built in the year for the transportation of raw materials obtained on a career to the plant. Since then, the bridge has been repaired only once, when the asphalt coating was changed on it. In the year, it became obvious that the object needs to be reconstructed. For five months, the bridge was completely restored, it became wider and stronger.

During the repair, the production of cement was not stopped: the “Belazes” moved on one side of the bridge along a peculiar “monorail”, and work was carried out on the other side. Recently, the main attention at the plant has been given to optimization of costs. The General Director of the Skakun Vladimir Petrovich set the task before the repairmen - to switch to the centralized equipment maintenance system.

Cementniks have a lot of work to spread the nodal repair method, increase equipment productivity, which, ultimately, will help ensure the uninterrupted operation of all units Vladimir Alexandrovich is accustomed to working a lot and not to reckon with personal interests.
