He stood at the origins of the creation of the Pavlodar Regional Philharmonic Photo: Phil-NSK.
He has been living and works in Germany for a long time, but continues to monitor life in Pavlodar, the development of a new path of his beloved brainchild. After graduating from the Muzucchliy, Viktor Kamerzel, his former teacher Vladimir Linchevsky, invited him to work in the Philharmonic. He, being the director of the Philharmonic, invited him to become the musical director of the Kazakh pop ensemble "Irtysh Stars".
It was a year. I think that Vladimir Nikolaevich, having become my teacher in the Muzuccal, continued to remain with them during the years of further joint work, and after his move to Moscow. We were constantly in touch. Thanks to his help and support, it was possible to hold many touring tours and concerts in Pavlodar, which were a great success in the public. This connection is not interrupted today: we still communicate, vividly interested in the events of the cultural life of Pavlodar and wish you further development and success.
What is the main task of the Philharmonic? During the years of its formation, Lynchevsky and Camlings proceeded from the main thing: the development of musical culture, the preparation and education of the viewer, the propaganda of the best examples of classical and national music. In this, says Kammerzel, and there is the main difference from production centers and agencies, whose task is to rent and make a profit.
Therefore, in our work, special attention was paid to the creation of the staff of its own performers, which eventually became an indicator of the culture of the city and the region. And also in attracting to this the best teachers of the murder. On this basis, the organization of a musical lecture hall for schoolchildren of the city with its leading lecturer-musician Tatyana Ivanovna Kuzina, who later became the audience of our philharmonic subscriptions, gradually became possible.
But one thing is a great idea. And completely different - its real embodiment. Large -scale work was done with the Department of Public Education, the leadership of schools. Attending concerts-lectures in the chamber hall of the Philharmonic and the Music School, in fact, expanded the educational process. Camersel recalls: very often, driving around the city, one could see groups of schoolchildren who went to the next concert.
This was one of the components for organizing and raising the future viewer in Pavlodar. Precious meetings are another important area in the work of the Philharmonic - an invitation to the city and the region of leading performers and collectives of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the USSR. Since the middle of the x, Pavlodar managed to start the organization and holding of annual festivals of the Spring Voice chamber music - for the first time in the republic.
As V. Kamerzel recalls, in the fall, new philharmonic seasons began to open in the fall, in which the best musicians and vocal performers from Russia, Kazakhstan and the republics of the USSR took part at that time. Famous symphonic orchestras and chamber ensembles took part in the final concerts of the season. This tradition, by the way, was preserved in the 21st century, already with the Pavlodar Symphony Orchestra.
With the participation of the famous musician lecturer Svetlana Vinogradova, who in those years conducted its incredibly popular stories about music on central television and commented on many concerts of classical music. By the approval of Simonov, for the first time with such a famous orchestra and conductor, our violinist, the soloist of the Philharmonic Valery Khter, who performed a concert for a violin with the Aram Khachaturian orchestra, performed.
It was a great incentive for the creative growth of our performers, ”Kamerzel recalls. At first there were doubts: whether the rural residents would understand symphonic music. However, everything went perfectly, the corresponding program was selected from popular and easy to perceive works. And Svetlana Vinogradova in an accessible audience form perfectly commented on all concerts, after which many had the tears of happiness from contact, could be alive for the first time, with symphonic music.
By the way, the collective farm “30 years of Kazakhstan” was chosen by Philharmonic not by chance. The local house of culture by that time had become a fed area for constant meetings. There were carried out Philharmonic subscriptions, as in the cities of Ekibastuz and Ermak. One of the well -known symphonic groups, which was also a frequent guest in our region, the Kamerzel calls the Kazakh State Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Timur Mynbaev.
For many years, a musical lectureur in the Kazakh language worked in the Philharmonic, which visited almost all remote corners of our and other regions of Kazakhstan. The Kamerzel explains: this is also because they often agreed with the leadership of other Philharmonic on the exchange of groups and groups. So, for example, our group “Black Eye” traveled almost the entire Soviet Union and, perhaps, only inferior to the Romen theater in popularity.And, importantly, along with other groups of the pop genre, it brought income to the Philharmonic budget, from which the administration could to a certain extent financed another part of the work on the conduct of symphonic and chamber concerts.
Abay, ”says the former director of the Philharmonic, Viktor KAMERCEL. Fans of opera art had the opportunity to get acquainted with the best examples of world and Kazakh national opera art for almost a month. Frequent guests in the Pavlodar region were the state ensemble of dance of Bolat Ayukhanov, the state orchestra of folk instruments of Kazakhstan, later the folklore orchestra Otrar Saza and many others.
Our spectators remained an unforgettable impression even after the performances of the Leningrad Theater of Choreographic miniatures under the leadership of the great dreamer and reformer of ballet Leonid Jacobson, enchanting concerts of the state dance ensemble Igor Moiseev, the magical sound of the piano of the young Mikhail Pletnev, the venerable maestro Svyatoslav Richter, vocalist Zary Dolukhanova and Many, many others.
