A grandiose autumn concert at the Akron recreation center was dedicated to a loud event. But the holiday did not end there.

For example, after an autumn concert opening a new season, we begin preparations for Tatyana's Day. We try to invite musicians and vocalists to our performances. To introduce them to the audience. I am of the opinion that even a very tasty dish is impossible daily: it will soon make fun, it will become boring! With the "forty" it does not become boring. We are constantly developing. We are looking for songs that will expand the repertoire, work out new ideas. We try to observe harmony in the repertoire. We have such deep romances that a young, summer girl simply cannot convey, no matter how well she owned her voice.

Because some feelings must be experienced, passed through yourself. This is given only with experience. And the viewer understands this perfectly. Our most important critic is the viewer. And for many years, my mother has been watching and giving the right advice on our work. A thin, talented person with a sense of taste. Having such a like -minded person is a great joy. It seems to me that this is right.

And we follow this principle and make a bright visual sight. In some ways we are legislators of fashion. To our costume artist, sorceress Svetlana Chazova, you can seek a new dress and be sure that she will create something unusual. It will take into account a lot of nuances. It will make perfectly and conveniently. In addition, the appearance will be combined with the character of the program.

This is the merit of wonderful seamstresses that worked with us. New songs come out. New arrangements appear! Now I think that from individual numbers you can collect a whole musical: by combining the songs in a correct certain sequence, adding directing. This is a new format of work where it will be possible to make a lot of interesting and unusual.

I think this is ahead of us. Each time after the concert, I wake up a new person, with new emotions and sensations. It is very charged! And gives strength to move on. Work does not devastate me, but, on the contrary, fills to the edges. And the audience is therefore different. It happens that fans from neighboring regions go to anniversary concerts, and this is nice. Last fall, they came to us from Karelia.

The guests rented housing here, looked at the city, went to the cafe, and the highlight was our anniversary concert. This is me to the fact that we also work for the development of tourism in our hometown. And everything is interesting with the repertoire. Of course, we are not an epost, but not folklore. We are stylization. Good, academic stylization. There are many Soviet songs in our repertoire.

I would say that we retain the culture of that time. Feel free to take up the arrangement. Therefore, to the question about our audience, I answer: everyone can come to listen to us. Everyone who loves high -quality and professional music. Rather, for foreign touring performances. In general, of course, we must maintain our culture. Since the time of our foreign tour, I have learned that German music sounds in Germany, Italian in Italian.

You are unlikely to hear something alien and foreign in the Caucasus. Small peoples protect and protect themselves, their culture, national music. And we are so big and different-therefore, in a sense, it is even more difficult for us. But, it seems to me, gradually interest in the native and primordial returns. And that's good! You cannot betray yourself. If you have chosen the path, then go along it to the end and do not turn off.

Do not run for fashionable: here we will sing rap, and here-in English. Feel free to follow your heart, pass on what you believe in the next generations, and then you have a chance to be heard. And the ensemble itself remained faithful to himself: he is just as good and professional.Someone leaves because it grows out of the project. New people are replacing them. By the way, I know for sure: if someone wants to sing in the “Magpie”, then he simply does not think of himself without a song.

Its founder is one of our girls. Another musical team is in Italy. There are girls in Kaliningrad. Songs are now written by a Muscovite who flew out of the Soroki nest. People live their lives, but continue to do their favorite business. And we are all not competitors to each other. Because the music unites. Where is your forge of personnel? I got there immediately after the distribution and never regretted it. Can you imagine how many children I released? Every year, 30-35 people. By the age of 18, the moment of release from the Palace of Culture is fully formed artists. Some of them really want to sing in Magpie. And indeed, one such girl now works in the main composition. I remember when she was a very small, nine -year -old child, even then she said that she would continue the work of the Magpie.
