The names of many of your other brands sound more elevated: “The hostess of the alpine meadows”, “The smooth line”, the Dolce Vita ... - We began to produce the products of the Kuban brand about eight years ago. Indeed, at first this name caused embarrassment both at our marketing department and the sales department: the employees believed that it does not sound too attractive as the name of the dairy products.

We want to say this name to the consumer: you buy real products from the Caucasian mountains, from the Elbrus - the territory that has received ecosone status in Russia. Local nature is very favorable for the development of agriculture, in particular livestock. And the milk here is very high quality because the cows eat real green grass almost all year round, they drink spring water - the very one that we buy in shops in Moscow.

Today, the plant has its own farms; for the production of products, we also purchase milk from owners of private farms in the mountain area of ​​the Caucasian Range. Sometimes I jokingly say that our milk should be sold not in stores, but in pharmacies - it is really very useful. So the quality of products is the main competitive advantage of the Kuban brand. We bring products from the plant there, and employees deliver it to the shops.

This must be done very quickly, since the shelf life of most of our products is limited - from 3 to 14 days. Of course, we could easily increase the expiration date by adding preservatives, but our task is to provide consumers with a real natural product.

Now the products of the Chaban brand sell more than 20 thousand. The first batch of products with a longer shelf life of oil, we recently sent cottage cheese to Khabarovsk. We are actively promoting the brand in Moscow, although here the competition, of course, is very tough. At the moment, the Kaban brand is presented in the image farm markets, and since ecothematics in the field of food are gaining popularity every day, the leader of the Chaban halal dairy products has become even more popular on the counter of such image markets.

We are rapidly developing the presence in local chain stores so that consumers have more choice. The prices of this brand are lower than, for example, Danone or Vimm-Bill-Danna, but above the prices of many other Russian manufacturers of dairy products. We produce cheaper products under other brands. For products under the Kuban brand, the highest quality is used and, therefore, more expensive milk.

What equipment is installed at the plant? But quite quickly we realized that this does not lead to anything good: such equipment does not give the quality we need, not profitable enough. Not so long ago, two Japanese Shikoku cars using Ultra Clean technology were received for packaging milk. Using this equipment, note, only due to the purity of production, without the use of any preservatives!

By the way, our technologists are also mostly foreigners. The main technologist is German, we plan to invite a technologist from Bulgaria. Unfortunately, now there are very few good specialists-technologists in Russia. Are you planning to increase volumes? How much is the plant loaded? Already today we began to install new equipment to increase production capacities.

A plan for the prospective development of the plant for the next five years has been prepared, which we will implement together with our partners from the German company Trubatec GmbH. We are ready to expand production to those volumes that will be necessary. And this does not scare us - we can do and sell. After all, you can’t deceive people: the buyer wants to purchase quality products, and we offer him just that.

True, recently I am very worried about the negativity that arose in society in relation to dairy products. The media talk a lot about the nightmares that find it in it. Of course, a person must understand what he buys, what he eats. But why intimidate buyers? Why, speaking of harmful additives, the media most often lead as an example precisely dairy products? Yes, of course, falsification exists here, but I see that Rosselkhoznadzor and Rospotrebnadzor are fighting with unscrupulous manufacturers.

This struggle gives the results. So why not tell about the benefits of real, natural dairy products, about how valuable they are for our health. Our production is fully certified - in particular, we have a certificate of conformity of ISO and one of the last certificates we received - a Halal certificate issued by the International Center for Standardization and Certification of the Halal Council of the Russian Muftis Council.

For non -Muslims, I will explain: the Halal icon is not a religious symbol, it is a kind of quality mark. If such a badge is on the product, then this means that we guarantee and bear full responsibility for the high quality of this product. All milk coming to us is necessarily checked in our laboratory - this is the heart of our enterprise.And only after the laboratory staff are convinced that the milk is really high quality and does not contain harmful impurities and pathogenic bacteria, it passes the separators and enters the cooled tanks for storing raw milk.

Naturally, we do not use dry milk in the production of Kaban products. We have nowhere to go "living" milk. Private farms in the Caucasus have now begun to develop - including, I think, with our help. The cost of a liter of natural quality milk is 12 rubles. And honestly in relation to them. But to live honestly-easier than to deceive someone.
