What do you think, how much life has changed in the republic over the years? The republic occupies a stable position among the regions that are part of the Volga Federal District and this is undoubtedly an indicator that an effective social policy can become the basis for high production achievements. As a person who has given a significant part of his life to construction, including the development of the construction complex of the Udmurt Republic, I cannot but dwell on the indicators of the pace of housing and objects of the social sphere.

From the year, near the facilities of the social sphere - schools, hospitals, sports structures of cultural and social protection institutions have been built and capitalized. This allowed Udmurtia to enter the twenty Russian regions, most secured by objects of the social sphere. Today, the very essence of citizens' requests to power has changed - and this, in my opinion, is one of the most important changes that occurred not only in Udmurtia, but throughout our country.

Today, many of the objects that have been erected or reconstructed are, a kind of business card of the republic. Kalashnikova and the “forever with Russia” monument, the medical academy, perinatal and oncological centers, Izhevskaya embankment, circus and zoo, the Holy Mikhailovsky Cathedral and even the railway station in Izhevsk - all these are signal objects that Udmurtia can be proud of.

We will not forget about the objects built as part of the implementation of the federal program “Destruction of chemical weapons in the Russian Federation” in the city of Kambark and the village of Kizner. Up to 10 percent of funds from the cost of building a plant for the destruction of chemical weapons located near these settlements, was allocated for the construction of social facilities.

This made it possible to significantly improve the quality of life for local residents, to create new jobs.

And when will the first house for teachers in Izhevsk be delivered? The housing construction fund allocates plots for development to such cooperatives, and the regional authorities are assuming the arrangement of these sites with the necessary communications. This year we rent the first such house in Izhevsk. It is known that this idea found its continuation: in the future, housing according to a similar option will be built not only for teachers, but also for doctors, cultural workers, sports.

The builder and deputy are, of course, different levels of responsibility, but also being the coordinator of the Teacher House project has to work a lot to put this project into life. It’s worth it and, I hope, those teachers who will enter this work this work this year. How do you assess the prospects for the development of the largest enterprises of Udmurtia?

As a representative of the State Duma Commission on the consideration of federal budget expenditures aimed at ensuring national defense, national security and law enforcement, I, of course, try to pay special attention to the enterprises of the military-industrial complex and I can note that the leadership of the republic takes all measures to ensure, for their part, the stable work of the OPC enterprises.

In each case, issues of allocation of federal subsidies, loading and modernization of production capacities, and attracting young personnel to the industry are resolved. This applies to the Izhevsk Automobile Plant, the Sarapul Radio Plant and, of course, Izhmash. I am sure that measures taken by the Federal Center, President and the Government of Udmurtia will continue to have a positive impact on the development of these enterprises.

For my part, I can assure my voters that this topic will still be one of the main in my activity. How do these meetings help you in your activity? Preserves the memory of the feat of liquidators of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident, protects the rights of citizens who have exposed to radiation, promotes their social, medical and professional rehabilitation, and helps to implement measures aimed at patriotic education of youth and protecting our fellow citizens.

All this is an extremely demanded and large -scale activity that allows the union to be respected, which has a significant authority by a public organization. I am sincerely glad that I can take part in work aimed at ensuring that none of the liquidators of the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant is forgotten. Chernobyl made people think differently: to unite not only in order to prevent the repetition of such events, but also in order to help residents of infected regions and those who took part in the elimination of the accident.

Work with initiative groups of citizens is another direction of my work as a deputy of the State Duma. From the recently past events of this kind, I would like to note a meeting with the activists of the “Young Guard of United Russia”. These are talented and active guys and girls who feel the strength for hard work for the good of their country.Such meetings cannot but inspire inspire confidence that the future of Russia is in good hands.
