Yesterday I opened my YouTube channel in German, and for me this is a huge step forward. I never thought that I could overcome my fears and I would shoot videos in another language. Thanks to Germany, I began to read more German literature, write essays and learn grammar. EG: What would you advise those who dream of studying abroad? Alina: If there is a dream, you need to grab for any opportunity! I only recently realized how important it is to have a dream. If it is, then you can only start acting. I was scared to move to Germany, but I felt that this crazy step would change my life.

And so it happened: I matured, learned to take responsibility for myself. Risk, gain experience and do not be afraid to make mistakes. Dad taught me this. What prompted you to remove it? Alina: After moving abroad, obsessive thoughts of weight loss began to appear in me. I began to control my food. For a whole year and a half of depression and complexes, I did not love myself, scolded for external imperferality, for the average results in college, for weaknesses and errors. As a result, I gained experience in extreme weight loss, food disorders, anorexia and bulimia.

But I was rehabilitated: I began to work on accepting myself, praise for little successes, make myself compliments. As soon as I gained inner harmony, my life has changed dramatically. I became happy from a simple thought that I am me. Love for yourself fills with energy with which you can turn the mountains. Everything will turn out if you begin to respect and love the person you see every day in the mirror when you believe in it, you will become a close friend to him.

The sincere response of subscribers to this video moved me to tears. I am happy that my story was useful for hundreds of thousands of girls. EG: Share your beauty secret? Alina: My main secret of beauty is inner harmony: self -care, balanced nutrition, sports, walking, art. All this makes me harmonious. Alina: In order to feel happy, you need to learn how to accept yourself, find your favorite business, surround yourself with people who inspire.This is not always easy, but you need to strive for this. Share energy with others, create, develop - and then everything will be fine. EG: You travel a lot. Which trip is the most remembered? Alina: A two -week campaign in Iceland!

It was cool, but it was a real test. We walked 20 kilometers a day, wore heavy backpacks, were often hungry - in general, overcame themselves as we could. Hastings and endless conversations with friends, nights in tents, incredible landscapes of Iceland - this was the best adventure in my life. EG: What is the difference between the girls of the countries you have visited? Alina: For example, my morning routine is a light make -up, a selection of clothes, accessories - an average German will call excessively.

The local girls dress up and paint only on those days when some important event or event awaits them. Therefore, Slavic girls in Germany can most often be recognized from afar.
